It's Rickamy!

Yes. Every ship needs some cheesy name. I guess I finally figured out what to call Ricky and Amy's fling. Rickamy. So... like..pronounced, Rick-ah-me. HAH HAH IMMA GENIOUS!

I just love drawing couples that aren't really couples. It's just TOO MUCH FUN. I should also post artwork that's old before they get too ugly, but I just feel like posting my newer stuff first.

Anyway. So I've been drawing these two buggers a lot lately. I just love their dynamic. It's both devious, but really sad at the same time. Ricky's just Amy's momentary rebound, and Ricky simply just found someone else he clicked with, but theres just too many things working against them for them to ever really work out. Amy likes Ricky a lot as a friend (DUN. DUN. DUNNNNNNNN....The dreaded F word....), but Ricky likes Amy more than just a friend, and in the end, she'll probably just end up making him cry.

LOL. CHARACTERS CRYING.

You see, the challenge tho with this relationship is ultimately, trying to make you guys not hate both of them for their decision. Ultimately, they are hurting people they do love, but then again, with the people they love (Rage and Clarice) their are a lot of problems that, possibly, we all sorta...understand their decisions, you know? Okay, so maybe Amy is just rebounding and stuff and feeling lonely after breaking up with Rage, but lets face it. Clarice and Ricky just...Yeah. They should really go on Dr Phil or something.

And then if they do that, I can start doing my Dr Phil quotes. It's been a while since I've done my Dr Phil quotes.

I'm just hoping that quote might have something to do with this picture eventually.

ANYWAY ON TO THE PICTURE. So I've been really having fun drawing Rickamy. I just love them. I think they go together really well. Too bad everything works against them and they will never be a happy couple. As you all very well know, I probably do these things to my characters because their tears of happiness mixed with my tea in the morning bring me my eternal life. MMMM! TASTY!

So I just thought I'd draw your typical "Awwwww" picture of them instead of something skanky. I think most of the pictures I've drawn of them are kinda skanky, but then again, they're both kinda skanky for sleepin' around with each other so... Yeah. So... I just thought I'd draw them standing around hugging each other because that's cute. I love drawing couple pictures! Course my preference is drawing couples that aren't really together because it's more fun, but anyway. So here they are. Nothing particular exciting, but GAWSH they are cute. I probably should have made Ricky look less douche-like, and made him look all lovey and stuff, but he just kinda ended up looking like he gonn' get some. Which he probably will, but anyway. He's smouldering. NO ONE CAN EVER RESIST THAT SMOULDER.

Not even Mac. He won't admit it, but he really can't.

Anyway. So here they are. I love how squishy close they are together! And I love how Ricky's thumb is kinda under Amy's shirt. I just wanted to add some subtle sexiness in this picture, so I just did that. I think Amy's arm might be a little too long, but I only realized that now, so hopefully no one will even notice that, even tho I totally pointed it out.

Ricky, dude, seriously. Lay off the protein. Those arms are going to explode. DUUUURRR IF YOU THINK HIS ARMS ARE BIG, JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE HIS....

HAH. You all think I was going to say penis, right? Nah, I was going to say his bowl of oatmeal. Seriously that thing was huge.

I'm actually really impressed with how this came out. Their body's went together PERFECTLY. Usually I have issues where one characters pelvic area (I was going to say penis area, but I thought pelvic area sounded a little less dumb.) is like all the way up to the characters boobs/chest/whatever and then it looks like one character is 10 feet tall. But they went together ever so nicely.

They go together like rama lama lama ka dinga da dinga dong! /Grease reference.

Hmm. Given that they always turn out really well in their pictures, maybe they actually were meant to be together. OH GAWSH I HAVE NO IDEA. Well. Not if Clarice has anything to do with it. If she had it her way, Ricky would never sleep with anyone ever again, except for her. (Even when she breaks up with him for five minutes.) But since Ricky is ninja like, he sleeps with people without Clarice ever knowing. Apparently Amy is ninja like too. They must tell me their ninja tricks, so that I may sneak up on people and steal their cats.

Anyway, the background was done once again with watercolours. I totally love the way the background came together! I know it was simple and basic just like every other background I do, but it's all colourful and fun! Very rarely will my backgrounds blend together perfectly. Honestly when I don't concentrate on making them blend together... they blend together perfect.

It's almost like, if I never think again, I'll have really awesome pictures all the time. I've totally figured it out nao!

I'm forcing my boyfriend to let us put up the Christmas stuff tomorrow YEE HEAFDAFDSFADFADS!! Anyway. That was random.

As per usual, my scan of this is simple disgusting. For some reason my scanner NEVER scans Ricky properly at ALL and basically just shits out whatever it wants to. So as per usual, he looks terrible. For the record, his hair and his body are NOT the same colour. He's kinda difficult to shade regardless, so whenever I do a decent job, my scanner has to ruin everything. I hate you scanner. I hate you. I wouldn't mess with Ricky, Scanner. Did you see those arms? He could whoop your pussy ass to the next millenium....

*lightbulb!* I GOT IT, YOU GUYS! Ricky is our SAVIOUR! He'll destroy all shitball scanners and save us from their tyranny! *glomps Ricky* MMYYYY HEERRROO!!!

Anyway. Amy looks decent enough I guess. My scanner is a pervo, so it usually scans in my female characters much better. I guess my scanner just can't stand my guys and their epic bro-lyness. Well, scanner, maybe if you were nicer to people YOU'D HAVE SOME GOD FORSAKEN FRIENDS TOO!! *angry flail* Why did it have to scan this so...GRAINY???? When I scanned this one in every picture I was scanning ended up this way. Seriously my scanner just does shit whenever it feels like it. I totally give up.

Anyway. Seriously, Amy is totally hot. She turned out perfect here. I probably should have shoved her massive boobs in there somewhere, but I figured they were being squished by Ricky's massive manly chest. Shes supposed to be like, uber curvy and stuff, and I just love that booty of hers. Baby's got some major back! She can be tricky to draw sometimes because of her figure (she's really muscular but really curvy. Yeah, it's really annoying for her to find clothes. Take it from someone who knows, from experience.), but she's a lot of fun to draw!

*sigh* I really do want them to work out, but I don't think they would. Well, maybe. But Ricky probably should dump Clarice for good, and Amy needs to get the #!#$!#!@ over Rage and maybe, just maybe it would work out. But then again, the fact that Clarice and Amy are friends isn't going to make things easy. OH JOY DRAMA! S'alright, you two. We're all secretly rootin' for you. (Don't tell Clarice that!)

I'll probably rescan this one in on a day that my scanner isn't feel so douchey. So, yeah, it will be a while. Seriously, the grainyness is just terrible. I only realized it just now. I hate you scanner. You are truly, truly, TRULY evil. I'll now listen to Rammstein to forget about my scanner problems.
